Nursery Manager – Early Years Setting
Macclesfield, Cheshire | Full-Time, Permanent | Monday to Friday
Are you an experienced Nursery Manager or Deputy looking for your next challenge?
We’re working with a well-regarded, family-run early years provider in Macclesfield who are seeking a dedicated Nursery Manager to lead their vibrant and supportive team.

Your responsibilities will include:

Leading the day-to-day running of the nursery
*
Managing and supporting a team of early years practitioners
*
Ensuring compliance with EYFS and safeguarding standards
*
Building strong relationships with parents, carers, and external agencies
*
Maintaining a safe, stimulating, and inclusive environment
*
Driving high standards in care, education, and operational practice
The ideal candidate will have:
*
A minimum Level 3 qualification in Early Years (UK-recognised)
*
Sound understanding of EYFS and safeguarding policies
*
Senior experience in a nursery leadership role (e.g., Deputy or Manager)
*
Strong organisational and people-management skills
*
A positive, enthusiastic, and proactive approach
*
GCSE or equivalent in Maths, or a willingness to obtain it within 2 years
