Key Responsibilities:
Assisting with the delivery of early years education, including activities that promote learning and development across various areas.
Collaborating with nursery staff to provide exceptional care, offering support to colleagues, and encouraging a positive and energetic team environment.
Fostering a positive and inclusive atmosphere that encourages children to engage and interact with their peers.
Building strong relationships with parents and caregivers, providing updates on their child's progress and addressing any concerns.
