Our client, a fantastic nursery in Bristol, is buzzing with excitement as they expand on their intake numbers. This means I am on the lookout for their next Nursery Nurse to join their lively and dedicated team. As one of our clients vibrant Nursery Nurses, you'll be right at the heart of the action, creating a stimulating and nurturing environment where little ones can explore, learn, and grow. Your days will be filled with:
Sparking curiosity through engaging sensory play - yes, getting gloriously messy is definitely encouraged!
Venturing into the great outdoors for exciting exploration and discovery.
Guiding learning and development by thoughtfully following the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework.
Building warm and positive relationships with the children, their families, and your fellow team members.
Creating a safe, happy, and inclusive space where every child feels valued and encouraged.
Bringing your fun-loving energy and creative ideas to daily activities.What do you need to bring to the party?
A minimum of a Level 2 qualification in Childcare and Education.
Proven experience of working with babies and young children under 5 years old. You just get little ones!
A genuine passion for early years education and a deep understanding of child development.
A proactive and enthusiastic approach, with a can-do attitude.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills - we're a close-knit bunch!
The ability to encourage messy play and outdoor adventures with a big smile.
A commitment to safeguarding and the welfare of children.
