Job Description
Are you a fun loving, creative energetic level 3 Nursery Nurse who enjoys working with children under 5 years of age? If so, then call us now, we have fantastic opportunity for the right person to join a lovely nursery in Reading Berkshire
Person Specification:
NVQ level 3 Childcare qualification
Experience of working with children under 5 years of age
Basic Food Hygiene Certificate (Desirable)
Paediatric First Aid (Desirable)
Some of the responsibilities of Nursery Nurse include:
Working as a key worker, observing children, recording their learning and development
Setting up age appropriate activities and following EYFS Curriculum
Supporting children at meal times and with personal care
Building positive relationships with parents and key interfacing groups
Promoting equal opportunity
Participating in nursery events i.e. trips, fun days
Working in partnership with parents and key interfacing groups
Working to nursery policy and procedures
Attending staff meetings and training as required
