About the Role:
As a Nursery Practitioner, you’ll be at the heart of the learning journey for children aged 0–5. Your daily responsibilities will include:
Creating a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment for children to learn and grow
Planning and implementing engaging and age-appropriate activities
Supporting children's development in line with the EYFS framework
Observing, monitoring, and recording children’s progress and achievements
Working collaboratively with your team and building strong partnerships with parents
Ensuring the nursery meets high standards of hygiene, health, and safety
Contributing to a warm and welcoming atmosphere where children feel valued and confident

Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you’ll need:
A Level 2 or Level 3 qualification in Childcare or Early Years
Previous experience working in a nursery or early years setting
Strong knowledge of child development and the EYFS framework
A genuine passion for early years education and child-led learning
Excellent communication and teamwork skills
Please note: You will need to have or be willing to obtain an Enhanced DBS that is registered on the Update Service. We can help guide you through this process if needed.
