The school is offering a high degree of flexibility in both working hours and contract arrangements, making this an ideal opportunity for professionals seeking either full-time or part-time employment, on a permanent or fixed-term basis. Key Responsibilities: * Provide high-quality care and education for children within the nursery environment, ensuring their safety, comfort, and emotional well-being. * Plan and deliver engaging, age-appropriate activities that promote cognitive, social, emotional, and physical development. * Create a stimulating and secure learning space that supports each child's individual learning journey. * Observe, assess, and record children's progress, adapting approaches to meet the needs of all learners. * Work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure consistent, high-quality provision across the nursery. * Maintain positive and professional relationships with parents and carers, providing regular updates and feedback on children's progress and development.
