Nursery Practitioners – Supply Work – Leamington Spa & Warwick
Are you a qualified Nursery Practitioner looking for flexible, rewarding work in early years settings? Do you want to choose when and where you work, while gaining experience in a variety of outstanding nurseries?
Willo Education is currently expanding our supply bank in the Leamington Spa and Warwick area, and we're looking for passionate and reliable nursery practitioners to join our growing team. We work with some of the most respected nurseries in the region, offering regular day-to-day opportunities that often lead to longer-term or permanent placements.
This is a great option for those seeking flexible work to fit around other commitments, as well as for practitioners hoping to gain experience in a range of early years environments before committing to a permanent role. Many of our day-to-day bookings evolve into ongoing work with nurseries who are keen to keep great staff coming back.
As a supply practitioner with Willo, you’ll be expected to support the nursery team in creating a safe, engaging, and nurturing environment for children aged 0–5. Whether you're helping in the baby room or leading storytime with preschoolers, you'll play a key role in supporting each child's early development.
We’re looking for practitioners who:
* Hold a relevant Early Years qualification (Level 2 or Level 3)
* Have recent experience working in a nursery or early years setting
* Are enthusiastic, adaptable, and confident in new environments
* Have an enhanced DBS on the update service (or be willing to apply for one)
* Can provide two references to support your application
