The Role:

Key Responsibilities:

Plan and deliver engaging, play-based learning experiences aligned with the EYFS curriculum.

Create a safe, inclusive, and stimulating environment for children to thrive.

Assess and track individual progress, providing feedback and adapting learning to meet children’s needs.

Build strong relationships with children, parents, and colleagues.

Support children's social, emotional, and personal development.

Foster positive behaviour and encourage self-regulation.

Work collaboratively with teaching assistants and other staff to maintain high standards.
What We’re Looking For:

Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or a Level 6 Early Years qualification.
*
Experience teaching in a Nursery or Early Years setting.
*
Strong knowledge of the EYFS framework.
*
A nurturing, patient, and caring approach to teaching.
*
The ability to create an engaging and positive learning environment.
*
Excellent communication skills and the ability to build strong relationships with children, parents, and colleagues.

A passion for supporting the development of young children.
