You will work closely with colleagues, parents, and carers to ensure the best outcomes for every child. Key Responsibilities: * Plan and deliver engaging, play-based learning experiences aligned with the EYFS curriculum. * Create a safe, inclusive, and stimulating environment for children to thrive. * Assess and track individual progress, providing feedback and adapting learning to meet children’s needs. * Build strong relationships with children, parents, and colleagues. * Support children's social, emotional, and personal development. * Foster positive behaviour and encourage self-regulation. * Work collaboratively with teaching assistants and other staff to maintain high standards. What We’re Looking For: * Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or a Level 6 Early Years qualification. * Experience teaching in a Nursery or Early Years setting. * Strong knowledge of the EYFS framework. * A nurturing, patient, and caring approach to teaching. * The ability to create an engaging and positive learning environment. * Excellent communication skills and the ability to build strong relationships with children, parents, and colleagues. * A passion for supporting the development of young children.
