Pay: £450-£480 per week
Contract Type: Long-term, Full-time
Hours: 8:30am-3:30pm, Monday to Friday

Are you a caring and enthusiastic Nursery Teaching Assistant looking to make a real difference in the early years setting?
A welcoming nursery in Rugby (CV22) is seeking a compassionate and experienced Teaching Assistant to support their Nursery class. This is a full-time position starting ASAP, perfect for someone who thrives in a nurturing environment and has a genuine passion for early years education.
About the Role:
As a Nursery Teaching Assistant, you will work closely with the class teacher to support the learning and development of children aged 3-4 years. You'll play a key role in creating a warm and inclusive classroom atmosphere, while also providing targeted support for children with a range of Special Educational Needs (SEN).
Key Responsibilities:
Supporting the whole Nursery class with daily routines and structured learning activities.
Providing tailored support to children with SEN, including Autism.
Assisting with the implementation of individual learning plans.
Promoting social, emotional, and communication development.
Supporting the class teacher with classroom management and resource preparation.
Creating a positive, safe, and stimulating learning environment.Candidate Requirements:
Experience working in a Nursery or Early Years setting.
Strong knowledge of SEN, such as Autism.
A nurturing, patient, and empathetic approach to learning support.
Ability to build positive relationships with children, staff, and parents.
A relevant Level 2 or 3 qualification in Childcare or Teaching Support is desirable.About the School
