Job: Occupational Health Manager Location: Scotland Salary: Up to £57,000 per annum Hours: Full time A fantastic opportunity has become available for an experienced Occupational Health Manager to join a forward-thinking organisation on a permanent, full-time basis. This role offers the chance to lead and shape Occupational Health services across a dynamic and diverse workforce. Key Responsibilities: Leading the Occupational Health team to ensure effective service delivery Overseeing clinical case management, including complex referrals and return-to-work assessments Managing health surveillance activities such as audiometry and spirometry Supporting the development and implementation of health and wellbeing initiatives Delivering nurse-led clinics and overseeing pre-placement health assessments Ensuring all service provision aligns with current legislation, clinical standards, and best practice Providing expert advice and guidance to managers and stakeholders Essential Criteria: NMC Registered Nurse with relevant post-registration experience Occupational Health qualification (Diploma/Degree level) Proven experience in a managerial or senior clinical Occupational Health role Skilled in clinical decision-making and managing complex cases Strong communication, leadership, and organisational skills Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel Desirable: Experience in health promotion and wellbeing campaigns Background in public sector or safety-critical environments Experience leading on service development and improvement initiatives If you're ready for your next challenge in Occupational Health leadership, please contact Colm at Purosearch on (phone number removed) or apply today to find out more
