Job Title: Consultant Occupational Health Physician (Part Time)
Location: London – Hybrid Working Available
Salary: £105,504 - £139,882 per annum (pro rata) + £2,162 London Weighting (pro rata)
Contract Type: Permanent
Working Hours: 24 hours / 3 days per week
Job Overview:
OH Medical is currently seeking an experienced Consultant Occupational Health Physician to join a well-established in-house Occupational Health service in London on a part-time, permanent basis.
This exciting hybrid opportunity (3 days per week) will see you play a key leadership role in a multidisciplinary team, providing a high-quality clinical service while shaping future occupational health strategy and practice.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide expert occupational health advice and clinical assessments.
Lead and develop the OH service in line with department standards.
Undertake case management, health surveillance, and workplace assessments.
Support revalidation, appraisal, and continuing medical education.
Work closely with nursing leads, HR, infection control, and health & safety teams.
Promote staff wellbeing and contribute to organisational health policies.
Ensure SEQOHS compliance and clinical governance.
What We’re Looking For:
Essential:
Full GMC registration with a license to practise in the UK.
CCT / CESR in Occupational Medicine or within 6 months of completion.
MFOM or FFOM qualified.
Experience in delivering clinical Occupational Health services.
Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills.
Desirable:
MSc/MD/PhD or additional relevant qualifications.
Knowledge of SEQOHS.
