Job Description
* We are currently recruiting for a Band 6 Occupational Therapist to join a Community Adult Occupational Therapy Service on the beautiful Isle of Man.
* This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a scenic location, with on-site accommodation available at an additional cost.
* As part of this role, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality, client-centered occupational therapy services within a community setting. You will assess, plan, and implement interventions to support adults with a range of conditions to live as independently as possible.
Responsibilities:
* Conduct holistic assessments in service users’ homes and community environments
* Develop and implement tailored treatment plans to support rehabilitation and independence
* Work closely with multidisciplinary teams, service users, carers, and other professionals
* Contribute to service development and best practice in line with professional standards
Requirements:
* Previous experience in a community occupational therapy service is essential
* Strong knowledge of assessment and treatment interventions in a community setting
* HCPC registration
* Excellent communication, time management, and documentation skills
* Able to work independently and as part of a wider team
