W Talent is proud to be partnering exclusively with a leading manufacturing business in North Nottinghamshire to recruit an Office, Admin & Finance Manager. This newly created role offers the opportunity to drive operational efficiency across administration, finance, and other core back office areas including HR, making a tangible impact from day one.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee and enhance administrative processes to ensure compliance, efficiency, and business growth
Implement and integrate Group policies and procedures, ensuring alignment with UK regulations
Manage office operations, facilities, and supplies
Finance: Deliver accurate cash flow and financial performance reporting to the board and establish robust financial control by way of key operational KPIs
HR: Providing comprehensive reporting around head count and other requested areas of information, implement policies based on existing Group set up
IT: Ensure smooth IT operations and infrastructure, aligning with Group policies
Foster a positive and collaborative workplace culture
Lead and develop a small team of administrators
Who We're Looking For:
Proven experience managing administration, financial control and back-office operations is essential
Strong track record in cross-functional project management and business integrations
Experience of managing the successful implementation of policies and procedures into a UK business
Solid financial acumen with a focus on cash flow and cost management
IT proficiency (SAP knowledge is desirable)
Hands-on, solutions-focused approach with excellent problem-solving skillsWhat's in it for you?:
