Job Description
Due to exceptional growth, T&K Associates are currently recruiting for an Administrator to join our Client on a temporary to permanent basis in Swadlincote.
This is a fantastic opportunity to join a growing team on a Permanent basis.
Administrator Job Details;
* £25,396.80 per annum
* Monday to Friday 8am – 5pm
* Company pension scheme
* 20 days holiday plus bank holidays
* Temporary to Permanent
* Free parking
Administrator & Responsibilities include;
* Data entry using ASA Software which will heavily involved inputting Bar Bending Schedule using an automated System
* Involvement in projects relating to software upgrade alongside the IT Team
* Creating delivery notes & uploading to the system for transport
* Printing tickets and assisting production
* General system maintenance duties
* Providing support during illness/holidays which may involve communicating with sites via telephone/ email
Administrator Person Specification;
* IT Competence (Excel/Outlook a must)
* Strong communication skills
* Ability to work in a fast paced environment
* Time Management/ Adaptability (to be able to prioritise workload)
* Attention to detail
