Are you an experienced Oncology Pharmacist looking for a new opportunity? We are seeking a dedicated Oncology Pharmacist to join a specialist hospital pharmacy team in Reading. This role offers the chance to work in a dynamic environment, delivering exceptional pharmaceutical care to patients.

As an Oncology Pharmacist, you will:
Lead and manage the specialist pharmacy service for oncology.
Provide expert advice and support to consultants, clinicians, and patients.
Ensure the safe and effective use of oncology medications.
Promote a multidisciplinary, patient-focused approach to healthcare.
Plan, deliver, and evaluate pharmaceutical care for patients.
Maintain effective communication on complex issues.
Oversee the application of technology for chemotherapy treatment.Package and Benefits:

A degree (BSc/MSc Hons) and GPHC registration without restrictions.
Experience as a pharmacist specialising in oncology services
Previous hospital pharmacy experience.
