Impact Recruitment are currently looking to recruit an Onsite Warehouse Administrator, to be based at our client's site, Howdens Joinery in Raunds.
This is initially a 6-month fixed term contract, with the potential to be extended.

Salary & Benefits:
£15.00 per hour
Rewarding commission structure
Working Hours: Sunday to Thursday, 9:30pm-06:30am 1 hour lunch
28 days holiday (inclusive of bank holidays), rising with length of service
PensionKey Responsibilities:
Retain and support candidates on their recruitment journey
Carry out new starter check ins and site health & safety tours
Conduct performance reviews with our temporary colleagues
General administration tasks including updating spreadsheets, scanning documents, updating our CRM, return to works etc.
Checking payroll on a weekly basis
Managing our colleagues' holiday and overtime requirements
Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients, understanding their needs and ensuring satisfaction
Comply with all legal requirements including The Working Time Directive, Agency Workers Regulations and The Employment Agencies Act
Build personal and support company brand awareness across social media platforms
You will be the 'go to' person for the night shift senior leadership teamAbout you:
You will ideally have previous experience within warehousing, administration tasks and people engagement, although full training will be provided
You are enthusiastic and driven to succeed
You are confident in speaking to candidates and clients both over the phone and face to face
You are a people person, naturally drawn to meeting new individuals, building connections, and making a lasting impression
You are committed to delivering an exceptional service to your clients and candidates.
You will be an active team player
