Operational Prison Support
Location: Cardiff
Shift Pattern: 37 hours per week. Monday- Friday 7.4 hours a day
Pay Rate: £12.48 + overtime rate available
Ready for a rewarding role in the justice system? We're hiring Operational Support to join our team in Cardiff, contribute to vital security operations including gate duties, visitor checks, prisoner escorts, CCTV monitoring, and more.
Key responsibilities:
Manage entry/exit and searches at the gate
Escort contractors, vehicles, and prisoners
Monitor CCTV, report suspicious activity
Process visitors and oversee mail censorship
Assist with prisoner processing and food delivery
