Operations Manager – Fire Protection & Compliance Services Location: Oxfordshire-based (with some flexibility) Contract Type: Full-time, Permanent Salary: Competitive, dependent on experience Benefits: 25 days holiday + bank holidays, pension scheme, ongoing professional development Are you an experienced Operations Manager with a background in compliance-led services or fire protection? What you’ll be doing: * Overseeing day-to-day operations across service delivery, scheduling, and engineer coordination * Managing a multi-skilled field team to ensure high-quality, compliant service delivery * Working closely with internal departments to streamline processes and improve efficiency * Monitoring KPIs, ensuring SLAs are met, and taking action where required * Leading and developing operational staff, fostering a high-performance culture * Supporting the business in maintaining accreditations and compliance standards What we’re looking for: * Proven experience in a similar operations leadership role, ideally within fire protection, facilities, or compliance-led sectors * Strong people management skills with a focus on team development and performance * Excellent organisational and problem-solving abilities * A customer-first mindset with the ability to balance commercial and compliance needs * Comfortable using systems to manage operations, scheduling, and reporting Why join us?
