Platinum Recruitment is working in partnership with a wellness centre in the picturesque area of Inverness, Scotland and we have a fantastic opportunity for a Food and Beverage Operations Manager to join their team.

What's required?
Background managing within a Food & Beverage operation.
Experience running and organising events
Ability to lead, train and develop an F&B team
