Are you a commercially astute and experienced Operations Manager ready to lead a high-performing private domiciliary care service? This is a rare opportunity to join a well-established, reputable provider delivering between 1,250 – 2,000 hours of care per week. With ambitious growth plans and a strong foundation of quality care, this role offers autonomy, no on-call duties and a clear progression route within the next 3 years.
Key Responsibilities of an Operations Manager:
Oversee the daily operational performance, ensuring service excellence and quality compliance.
Drive commercial growth while maintaining the provider’s reputation and high CQC standards.
Lead, support, and inspire a multidisciplinary team, promoting a positive and high-performing culture.
Build strong internal and external relationships to support service development and delivery.
Identify growth opportunities and implement strategies to expand sustainably and ethically.Operations Manager Requirements:
Proven experience as a Registered Manager, Operations Manager, Area or Regional Manager in domiciliary care.
In-depth understanding of the private care market and CQC regulatory expectations.
Strong leadership skills with a history of managing and developing teams.
Commercially focused with a track record of driving service growth without compromising on quality.
Positive attitude and professional credibility within the care sector.Benefits:
£47,500 - £55,000 plus a generous performance-based bonus.
33 days annual leave including bank holidays.
