Job Description
Operations Support Agent – Snetterton
Contract Personnel are looking for an Operations Support Agent for our global client based in Snetterton. This would suit someone with a confident phone manner and experience in customer service.
How does the day-to-day look?
Handling escalated or more complex depot and customer issues.
Coordinating team activities or those of agency contract staff.
Supporting supervisor or manager activities,
Supporting the design, review and implementation of processes and procedures.
Air Network Support and Control, Ramp/Air Operations, Ramp & Gateway Operations, Air Feeder Linehaul
Knowledge of Road Networks
Providing Operational Support
Carrying out General Customer Service, Location Based Customer Service
Operational Administration & Sort Support & Trace
Management; Reporting
You will have:
Similar experience (1-3 years)
Accuracy & Attention to Detail
Microsoft Office & PC Skills
Planning & Organizing Skills
Interpersonal Skills
Problem Solving Skills
Secondary education
Schedule: Monday to Friday – 40hr week. One Saturday in four paid at time and a half. Main Hours: 11:00 – 19:00. However, you will be required to cover other team members on two other shifts 06:00 – 14:00 and 09:00 – 17:00
Pay rate: £13.42 Per hour
