Are you a seasoned Oracle HCM Cloud expert ready to take on a high-impact leadership role? We're looking for a hands-on Oracle HCM Lead who thrives on turning complex challenges into streamlined, scalable, people-first solutions - helping transform how the business operates with the system.
Key Responsibilities:
Designing and delivering end-to-end Oracle HCM solutions across multiple business units.
Collaborating with senior leadership to deliver HR solutions that enhance employee experiences and operational efficiency.
Integrating Oracle HCM with enterprise systems for seamless data flow and cross-functional performance.
Developing detailed technical specs, workflows, and configurations that meet strategic business needs.
Liaising with global teams to ensure consistency and high standards across the HCM.What We're Looking For:
Proven experience leading Oracle HCM Cloud implementations across full project lifecycles.
Deep expertise in Oracle HCM Cloud - configuration, workflows, security, integrations.
Strong configuration skills including work structures, checklists, DFFs, and data loaders.
Strategic thinking with the ability to connect HR tech with business growth.
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
