We’re looking for an experienced Oracle HCM Redwood functional specialist for a 6-month contract position, supporting the rollout and optimisation of Redwood UX within a leading organisation.
You’ll focus on aligning Redwood user experience and functionality with HR business processes. This includes working with key features such as Journeys, Dynamic Skills, and Experience Design Studio to enhance employee experience and drive user adoption.
Key experience includes:
* Strong functional expertise in Oracle HCM Cloud
* In-depth understanding of Redwood UX and related features
* Experience with Journeys, Dynamic Skills, and Experience Design Studio
* Ability to support configuration, process alignment, and user engagement
* Collaborative approach, working with HR and IT teams
The role offers hybrid working from a London base and is outside IR35.
