Outreach Support Worker - Empowering Adults with Learning Disabilities
Weekdays Pay: £13/hour | Weekend Pay: £14/hour
Location: Bristol
Are you passionate about empowering adults with learning disabilities and helping them lead independent, fulfilling lives? We are seeking a dedicated Female Outreach Support Worker to join our team and provide person-centred support.
What we're looking for:
Female applicants only (due to personal care requirements)
Must be a driver with access to a vehicle
Experience in supporting individuals with learning disabilities
A compassionate, patient, and empowering approach to care
Key Responsibilities:
Supporting adults with learning disabilities to live independently and engage in community life
Providing assistance with daily activities, personal care, and emotional support
Encouraging and promoting skills development to enable independence
