Job Description
Job Title: Contract Building Control Surveyor (Class 2F)
Location: Berkshire (Site-based)
Rate: £70 per hour
IR35 Status: Outside IR35
Contract: Full-time, 5 days a week (37 hours)
Overview:
We’re currently seeking an experienced Class 2F Building Control Surveyor to support one of our clients on a contract basis. This is a site-focused role requiring strong inspection experience and minimal plan checking.
Requirements:

BSR registration – Minimum Class 2F
*
Full UK driving licence
*
Access to a car with business use insurance
*
Ability to work on-site 5 days per week
Key Responsibilities:
*
Carry out on-site inspections across a wide range of construction projects
*
Review building plans with minimal plan checking responsibilities
*
Ensure compliance with current building regulations and legislation
*
Provide expert advice to clients and stakeholders (via phone, email, and in person)
*
Inspect dangerous structures during working hours
*
Maintain clear and accurate records of inspections and communications
*
Support the development of Trainee and Assistant Surveyors
*
Assist the Principal Surveyor and Team Manager with general team dutiesBefore You Apply
