Packaging Manager
Location: Ipswich
Salary: £40,000 - £45,000 + Bonus + Healthcare + Hybrid + Benefits

The Role:
* Lead and develop the packaging strategy across multiple product lines
* Ensure all packaging meets relevant compliance and sustainability standards
* Manage end-to-end packaging projects, from concept through to delivery
* Liaise with cross-functional teams including NPD, marketing, and supply chain
* Identify and implement cost-saving opportunities without compromising quality
* Stay ahead of industry trends and innovations
The Person:
* Experienced in packaging strategy, innovation, and compliance
* Strong project management skills with the ability to lead cross-functional initiatives
* Background in FMCG, Manufacturing, F&B, or similar sectors
* Able to work autonomously and drive change
* A keen eye for detail and a passion for sustainable, effective packaging solutions
