Free parking We are looking for a Packhouse Supervisor for an incredibly well regarding and industry leading business to oversee two production lines and manage a dynamic team of c20 people. What You'll Do
Lead from the front-ensure smooth day-to-day operations across two production lines and product is meeting customer demand.
Motivate your team-build a positive, high-performing environment.
Champion quality-ensure top-tier packing and product standards.
Stay adaptable work flexibly across multiple departments when needed.
Maintain safety & efficiency-uphold best practices in line with the business' hight standards.What We're Looking For
Proven supervisory experience in a production or packhouse setting within Food or Fresh Produce
A natural leader with strong communication and problem-solving skills.
