Job Description
IMH Recruitment are currently recruiting for a Painter & Decorator to work on behalf of Kirklees Council.
**WILL NEED TO USE OWN VEHICLE, MILEAGE PAID AT 45P PER MILE**
The requirement is for painters to eradicate mould by applying bacterial wash and emulsion paints to walls and ceilings over council buildings.
Information and training will be given into the use and application of the paints to be used.
Successful applicants will need to record works they have carried out on a supplied mobile device, for which in-house training will be given.
The works will be carried out to various properties across the region of Kirklees.
A DBS is required for this position.
Hours and Pay:
* 37 Hours per week
* Monday-Friday: 8am -4:00pm with a 3:30pm finish on a friday.
* £16.10 Per hour
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: £16.10 per hour
Schedule:
* Day shift
* Monday to Friday
Experience:
* painting: 3 years (preferred)
Licence/Certification:
* Asbestos Awareness (preferred)
* Manual Handling (preferred)
* Driving Licence (preferred)
* NVQ Level 3 (preferred)
