* Minimum 1–2 years’ experience as a painter in residential, commercial, or industrial construction.
* Proficiency in surface preparation, priming, painting, and finishing techniques.
* Familiarity with spray-painting equipment and different types of paints and coatings.
* Manual dexterity – steady hands and good hand-eye coordination.
* Time management – ability to complete tasks efficiently and meet project deadlines.
* Knowledge of materials and tools – including rollers, brushes, sanders, and sprayers.
* Asbestos awareness – advantageous
