Responsibilities
* Prepare surfaces for painting by cleaning, sanding, and priming as necessary.
* Apply paint, varnish, or other finishes using brushes, rollers, or spray equipment.
* Mix and match paint colours to achieve desired shades and finishes.
* Inspect completed work for quality assurance and make touch-ups as required.
* Maintain tools and equipment in good working order, ensuring safe usage at all times.
* Communicate effectively with team members and clients regarding project progress and requirements.
* Follow all health and safety regulations while working on-site.
Qualifications
* Proven experience in painting or a related field is preferred.
* Ability to drive to various job sites as required.
* Strong communication skills in English, both verbal and written.
* Attention to detail with a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
* Knowledge of different painting techniques and materials is an advantage.
