Job Description
FULLY REMOTE PARAPLANNER - NATIONAL WEALTH & INVESTMENT MANAGEMENT COMPANY.
3CResourcing are delighted to be supporting a highly successful Wealth and Investment Management company with a brand-new requirement. Due to the continued success, we are seeking an experienced, CII (or equivalent) Paraplanner to provide sound technical support to highly successful advisers and their clients. This is a remote-first role, offering flexibility and autonomy, with full systems support, regular virtual team meetings, and ongoing mentorship to help you thrive.

About You
* Level 4 Diploma (CII or equivalent) – or working towards with strong progress
* Experience in a Paraplanning or technical support role within financial planning
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Strong understanding of financial products, platforms, and provider systems
* Highly organised with great attention to detail
* Self-motivated and comfortable working remotely
Responsibilities
* Prepare detailed and compliant suitability reports
* Conduct product and provider research
* Liaise with advisers to clarify client objectives and ensure accuracy
* Maintain up-to-date client records and documentation
* Support in the review and implementation of client advice
* (For Technical Administrators) Assist with report writing, research, and admin tasks while developing your technical skillsBefore You Apply
