Role Overview
As a Paraplanner, you will work closely with Financial Advisers to support the delivery of tailored advice and exceptional client service. Your ability to combine technical knowledge with a proactive, detail-oriented approach will be central to your success in this role.
Key Responsibilities
Collaborate with Advisers to develop and document financial strategies
Prepare clear and compliant suitability letters and reports
Ensure client records and compliance documentation are accurate and up to date
Liaise with providers to obtain technical information as part of the advice process
Respond to client queries professionally and efficiently
Support with administrative tasks when required
Maintain and develop up-to-date technical knowledge through ongoing learning
About You
Essential:
Previous experience in a paraplanning or financial services support role
Strong understanding of financial planning principles
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to manage workloads independently while contributing to team success
Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and OutlookDesirable:
Progress toward relevant financial qualifications (e.g., J01, J02, R04, IMC)
Experience in drafting complex reports and supporting client relationships
