Conrad Consulting are partnering with our Clients in search for an Part 2 Architectural Assistant or a Newly Qualified Architect to join their Multi-Award winning AJ100 practice within their Residential team
Conrad Consulting are thrilled to be working with a Multi Award winning AJ100 practice based in Sussex looking to secure the services of an Experienced Part 2 Architectural Assistant or Newly Qualified Architect that has experience working within the education sector.
This practice has been successfully delivering high-quality projects across a range of sectors from their offices across the UK. The Residential sector has been a sector that they have successfully delivered projects nationwide with an enviable pipeline of work this could be your opportunity to join this prestigious practice
A design focused Part 2 assistant or recently qualified architect who can demonstrate both good design, technical and conceptual skills is required, The successful candidate will be able to work well independently or collaboratively as part of a wider team, Have a strong understanding of UK Building regulations and legislation and have the strive to progress their career.
Successful Architectural Candidate Requirements:
RIBA Part 2 or Recently Part 3 Qualified from recognised institutions
Minimum 1 year Post Qualification Experience within UK Practice
Demonstrable experience working within the Residential sectors covering medium and large scale projects
Strong understanding of UK building legislation and regulations
Great design ability
Good technical knowledge of the built environment
Ability to manage timescales and workload
Demonstratable Experience showcased in professional portfolio
Proficient with the use of Revit & AutoCAD software
Ability to work collaboratively with project team and clients
Excellent communication to help support senior staff members
Driven to further career development
On offer for the Successful candidate are:
Salary likely to be in the region of £25,000 - £30,000 DOE
