Part-Time Administrator
A valid driver's license and access to your own transport are essential for this role!
Job Type: Part-time, Permanent
Location: Banstead based
Pay From: £14,277 - £19, 036 (dependant on hours worked)
Working Hours:
Weekend availability
Flexible hours/days during the week (minimum of 1-2 days in office)Key Responsibilities:
Greeting and assisting clients both in person and over the phone.
Scheduling and managing appointments with clients and customers.
Updating and maintaining the CRM database.
Supporting the team with administrative tasks and day-to-day operations.
Occasionally conducting on-site visits as required. Requirements:
Previous experience in an administrative or customer-facing role.
Friendly, confident, and proactive with excellent customer service skills.
Comfortable using IT systems and proficient with basic software.
Valid UK driving license and access to a car.
Professional demeanour, punctuality, and strong communication skills. Benefits:
