Are you a confident and capable Administrator with previous experience of dealing with a range of requests effectively and professionally. We have registered a very interesting temporary role, in which you will be providing critical support to a busy start-up with a range of essential back-office tasks. This is a fantastic opportunity to play a key role in a small but ambitious team. You will need to be able to hit the ground running and be able to use your communication and organisational skills to provide first class support. Please note, this is a temporary position paid on a weekly PAYE basis. This role will start immediately, so sadly candidates with a lengthy notice period cannot be considered. Temporary Part Time Administrator Responsibilities General administrative support Reviewing and uploading invoices, checking transactions, and monitoring sales Light bookkeeping or finance-related tasks (e.g. VAT processing support) Updating systems and assisting with operational tools Supporting order and delivery monitoring PA-style support as needed Learning and navigating new software (e.g. Shopify or similar – training can be provided) Temporary Administrator Rewards Alongside a competitive hourly rate, the successful candidate will receive the following benefits: Holiday pay The opportunity to gain valuable experience in a exciting new company The Company Our client operates in the wellness space and is backed by science and technology. Temporary Part Time Administrator Requirements To be successful in this role you will have extensive administration experience with strong attention to detail. You will be exceptionally organised, independent, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines. You must be comfortable checking financial documentation like invoices and assisting with payments. Previous experience with Shopify is desired. Location The office is based in Oxford, near to the City Centre. It is easily reached using public transport. Unfortunately, there is no parking at the office.
