Location: Toyota Bromley, London
Hours: 08:00 – 18:00 Monday to Friday. Saturdays: 1 in 2, 08:00 – 13:00 (paid at overtime)

Are you ready to take on a vital role in helping us achieve our organisational goals? We’re looking for a Parts Advisor to join our busy Toyota dealership in Bromley. As a Parts Advisor, you will:
Deliver outstanding customer service to retain loyal customers
Use your strong communication skills to provide a seamless experience
Maximise upselling opportunities while exceeding customer expectations
Work collaboratively with your team to ensure technicians and customers always have the right parts at the right timeYour Skills:
Relevant experience as a parts advisor within an automotive environment is essential
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Technical knowledge of vehicle parts and systems
Highly organised with the ability to work well under pressure
