Job Description
Parts Sales Manager required for Automotive manufacturer-affiliated vehicle parts retailer located in Bristol.
The salary on offer for this Parts Sales Manager is £33,454.
Benefits:
Starting salary of £33,454 per annum.
Target/KPI bonus providing uncapped on-target earnings around £38,454 per annum.

42.5-hour week, Monday to Friday, 8:00am-5:00pm with a half-hour lunchSpecification:
You will need to hold strong sales team management experience in a B2B capacity with the ability to lead, manage and motivate a team of Parts Sales Executives
Experience working in a sales environment on behalf of vehicle manufacturers or a similar automotive parts retailer business would be highly desirable
A previous working experience as a Parts Sales Manager
Managing the sourcing and supply of vehicle parts
Achieving Parts Sales Volumes and profit objectives
Motivating and developing the Parts Team
Strong Interpersonal SkillsResponsibilities:
Maximise the profit opportunity in the Parts Department
Overseeing the effective Management of all Parts and consumable stocks
As a Parts Manager it is your duty to recruit for Parts Team Members
Maintaining standards of performance in the Parts Department through coaching and development.
