Job role:- Parts Supervisor (Main Dealership)
Location:- Aldershot
Salary:- £28,000 plus a bonus of up top £5,000 [£33,000]
Holt Recruitment have taken on a Parts Supervisor vacancy in the AldershotArea to join an independently-run Premium Dealership Group
This is a rare vacancy where you will act more of a manager/consultant than a supervisor, in this quality-driven environment
Paying up to £28,000 basic OTE £33,000.
Premium brand where you will learn through warranty training and accreditation.
Variety in the day to day in a professional and fast paced work environment – the role will also include Trade involvement too.
More of a manager/consultant than a Supervisor in this high paced role.
They would also be willing to speak with a Parts Advisor in an unofficial senior capacity, looking to step-up.
Skills and experience required as a Parts Supervisor:
Coordinate the efforts of colleagues to support the achievement of increased profit and sales, in sync with an efficient service department.
Committed to achieving excellent customer relations and ensuring that customer’s expectations are exceeded.
Can demonstrate experience in a Main Dealership setting of around 3-5 years experience, managing a team.
A good technical understanding of how motor vehicles work and a willingness to keep technical knowledge updated in order to provide the most efficient service possible.
