JOB TITLE: Payroll Administrator SALARY: Up to £28,000 HOURS: Full Time - Permanent STRUCTURE: Hybrid after probation LOCATION: Berkhamsted Responsibilities: Take ownership of payroll administration  Manage the overpayment process and family leave administration Support zero-hour worker processes and ensure compliance Maintain accurate, GDPR-compliant electronic personnel files Assist with our applicant tracking system and recruitment administration Provide ad hoc HR and payroll reporting, including support with P11Ds and PSAs Support with IR35 requests and general People & Culture initiatives What we’re looking for: Proven experience in payroll administration end to end. Excellent attention to detail and the ability to meet tight deadlines. Strong communication and organisational skills.
