Are you an experienced payroll professional looking for your next opportunity? A well-established firm of chartered accountants in Sudbury is looking to expand its payroll team and is open to hiring at various levels, up to Payroll Manager.

The Role
The firm is looking for a skilled payroll professional to join their team. Depending on experience, this role could range from payroll processing to a managerial position overseeing the payroll function.
Key responsibilities include:
Managing and processing payrolls on a weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual basis
Preparing payroll documentation, including payslips, P45s, and P60s
Submitting Real Time Information (RTI) reports to HMRC
Handling tax code changes and statutory leave/pay processing
Ensuring compliance with tax, NI, and pension contributions
Supporting clients with payroll queries and building strong relationships
Overseeing and improving payroll processes (for managerial candidates)
Managing and mentoring payroll team members (for managerial candidates)
