Are you a qualified and enthusiastic PE Teacher seeking flexibility and variety in your work week?

Academics is a leading education agency and we're looking for a talented and dedicated PE Teacher to work within our client secondary schools across Chester for both short-term day to day supply roles and longer term opportunities.
Responsibilities
Deliver engaging and effective PE lessons to a range of age groups
Promote a positive and inclusive learning environment, ensuring the safety and well-being of students
Adapt teaching methods to accommodate students with different abilities ensuring each individual is challenged and supported to reach their full potential
Collaborating with other members of staff to plan and deliver successful PE lessons that align with the national curriculum standardsRequirements
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent
Experience of teaching PE up to GCSE
Strong knowledge of the national curriculum
To be able to engage and motivate pupils
Good classroom management skills
An enhanced DBS registered to the update service, or be willing to get one (cost applied)Before You Apply
