Job Description
Do you have experience within a GMP environment? Do you have experience within Production? Are you based in or around Harwell?
This role is ideal for someone with strong attention to detail and who considers themself to be proactive, reliable and a team player. Only applicants from a GMP Manufacturing background will be considered.

Role: Manufacturing Associate
Location: Moderna, Rutherford Avenue, Harwell OX11 0RL (100% site based)
Rate: highly competitive and including shift allowance
Contract length: 6 months initially with the view to extend or offer a permanent role
Shift Patterns: Combination of day and night shifts so the need for full flexibility is imperative.

Responsibilities:
*
Operating production equipment in line with CGMP compliance
*
Adhering to GMP regulations at all times as well as Health and Safety legislation
*
Overseeing cleaning processes for all materials entering manufacturing suites
*
Managing accurate and up to date inventory records
*
Moving material around the site as required
*
Supporting Manufacturing needs and operations as requested by management
*
Being part of improvement initiatives within the department to maintain and exceed efficiency
*
Thinking critically, innovatively and proactively as the role will require problem solving and an entrepreneurial mindset
*
Liaising with team members and management to conduct effective handovers
Essential requirements:
*
3+ years experience within a GMP environment and/or highly regulated industry
*
Strong knowledge of GMP legislation and compliance
*
Driving Licence and access to own vehicle
*
Degree or relevant qualification within the pharmaceutical remit
*
Considers themselves to be physically fit and able to be on their feet for the majority of the day
*
Experience and confidence using SAP platform
*
IT literacy with MS Office (Excel, Word), Smartsheet and SAP
*
Strong verbal and written communication skills
*
Considers themself to be personable, enthusiastic and a team player
