Physics Teacher - Aberdare Teaching Personnel is currently recruiting for a long-term contract Physics Teacher position running for the remainder of the academic year until July. The school is based in the Aberdare area and the school have indicated they are willing to take someone on full-time or part-time. Trials with the school are being held currently and therefore interviews will be held via Microsoft Teams over the next 2 weeks. Physics Teacher Requirements: Enhanced DBS available on the update service Valid registration with the EWC (Education Workforce Council) Hold QTS within a Science (Physics preferred) Two school-based references if applicable Passion for education Previous experience teaching Physics to KS3 and KS4 Teaching Personnel can provide assistance with your DBS & EWC applications This exciting position is available exclusively through Teaching Personnel who are working in close partnership with one of our Secondary Schools. The successful applicant will interview and go through a vetting procedure with Teaching Personnel and then be presented the school to trial and meet with the Senior Leadership Team within the school itself. Upon successful trial, you can expect to be given and start date and booked in on a long-term contract with scope to move into permanent role within the school. This school is very well-established and is showing significant improvements year on year with grades, facilities, and approach to education.
