Job Description
Sue Ross Recruitment are delighted to be working alongside their longstanding client based in Chapeltown who are looking for a Planning & Operations Coordinator to join the team on a temporary basis. This is a full time role, Monday to Friday and 37.5 hours per week. The successful candidate will be an excellent organiser, have a strong customer focus and first class communication skills.
Daily duties & Responsibilities include:
* Planning and scheduling site activities
* Allocating jobs to relevant teams to ensure efficiency
* Undertaking risk assessments and producing reports for on-site activities
* Reviewing work schedules ensuring there is always more in the pipeline
* Recommending additional resources as dictated by workflows and business needs
* Allocating expenses
* Producing KPI Reports
* Providing open communication between team members and customers
