Plasterer - Roles and Responsibilities Apply plaster to walls, ceilings, and other surfaces to create a smooth, even finish. Prepare surfaces by cleaning and preparing walls and ceilings before plastering. Mix plaster materials according to specifications. Patch holes, cracks, and other imperfections in surfaces. Ensure plaster is applied uniformly and according to safety and quality standards. Work with other construction teams to ensure timely completion of projects. Plasterer - Requirements Proven experience as a plasterer or in a similar role. Strong knowledge of plastering techniques and materials.
