Job Description
Are you a Plasterer with experience in social housing, schools, and public buildings? We’re looking for a qualified Plasterer to carry out essential plastering repairs and maintenance across domestic and public sector properties.
The Role
As a Plasterer, you'll be responsible for:
*
Internal and external plastering, including skimming, patching, float and set
*
Tiling and basic flooring work in kitchens and bathrooms
*
Working in both occupied and void properties
*
Liaising with residents and following appointment schedules
*
Maintaining clean, safe workspaces and adhering to health & safety procedures
*
Keeping accurate records of materials and completed work
What We're Looking For
* Proven plastering experience
* Full UK Diving Licence (van + fuel card provided) (essential)
* Ability to work both individually and as a part of a team to a high standard
* CSCS card + NVQ (desirable)
