A leading property services provider is seeking a dedicated and qualified Plumber to join their team, delivering essential plumbing services across the York Region and North Yorkshire. This is a fantastic opportunity to work within a key sector, providing maintenance and support for critical services.
Key Responsibilities:
Carry out plumbing maintenance, repairs, and installations within various properties.
Ensure high standards of cleanliness, safety, and compliance with health and safety regulations.
Work effectively with internal teams to support day-to-day plumbing needs.
Maintain accurate records of work completed.Ideal Candidate:
Plumbing Qualification (NVQ or equivalent).
Clean Full UK Driver's Licence.
Ability to pass a DBS check.
Previous experience in plumbing within commercial or public sector environments is preferred.
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.What We Offer:
Competitive salary of £27,000 - £32,000 per year, based on experience.
