Plumber - Birmingham
Salary: £30,000 – £32,000 per annum
We’re excited to be recruiting for a skilled and reliable Plumber to join a well-established facilities team in the heart of Birmingham. This is a local role with no on-call responsibilities, offering a stable Monday-to-Friday schedule – ideal for professionals who value work-life balance and time at home!

What You'll Be Doing:
* Maintenance and inspection of TMVs, water tanks, showers, taps, calorifiers, RO and DI plants and water softeners
* Sampling and compliance checks to ensure water safety
* Adhering to safety and compliance standards, particularly around Legionella awareness
What We’re Looking For:
* NVQ or City & Guilds Level 2 in HVAC or Plumbing
* Legionella/TMV/Disinfection training
* Experience working in healthcare settings (desirable but not essential)
* Must be able to pass a DBS Standard Check
