Job Description
A leading Housing Association is looking for an experienced Plumber Multi-Trader to join their Property Team in Oxfordshire. You'll be provided with a van and fuel card, so travel costs are covered.
What you'll do:
You'll carry out plumbing repairs and maintenance in domestic properties, with tasks including:
General plumbing repairs and installations
Basic carpentry, tiling, and decorating
Installing sanitary ware, baths, and showers
Fitting kitchen sinks and pipework (copper, speed fit, waste)
Repairing and installing water mains, heating pipes, and drainage
Installing domestic appliances like showers and washing machines
Working with vented and unvented cylinder heads (HWSS or equivalent)
Maintaining cold water storage tanks
What you'll get:

What you'll need:
NVQ Level 2 in Plumbing (or 5+ years of experience)
Experience in occupied properties with great customer service skills
Ability to use mobile tech like iPads or PDAs
CSCS card (desirable)
