Part of a wider consultancy with a strong track record in sectors including commercial fit-out, the team manages projects typically valued between £5m and £30m across Residential and Commercial Offices. Description
Overseeing and executing projects from inception to completion.
Coordinating with various stakeholders, including clients, contractors, and internal teams, to ensure project objectives are met.
Preparing and managing project budgets and timelines.
Implementing project management best practices and methodologies.
Identifying, tracking, and mitigating potential project risks.
Delivering regular project updates to senior management.
Fostering positive relationships with clients, contractors, and team members.
Maintaining compliance with industry regulations and company policies.
Performing contract administration roles.Profile
Proven experience in managing Cut & Carve projects.
Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
Extensive experience as a Project Manager in a consultancy or client-side environment.
Excellent organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects concurrently.
